Chip Carts
Designed to be used in machining operations to collect either wet or dry metalworking scrap before processing by PRAB Metal Chip Processing Systems. These durable carts can be used individually or linked together in railroad car fashion to move scrap metal (manually or powered) from the machining lines to the processing area. PRAB containers can be efficiently managed by one man and improve plant housekeeping, cut scrap handling cost and help avoid production interruptions.
Features, Benefits & Options:
• Hold-Downs on the bottom of each cart are designed to be engaged by PRAB's automatic dumper system for safe elevating.
• Options include the tow links, dumping frames, drain plugs, and drain racks.
• A choice of wheel types are available to meet various floor conditions.
